  OBJECTIVES

Commercial Driving Technology

The students will complete their training successfully and obtain their Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsements Air Brake, Doubles & Triples, Tanker and Hazardous Material. This will provide the students with the knowledge and ability to obtain an entry level local or over the road (OTR) truck driving career.


Advanced Commercial
Driving Technology

The students will complete their training successfully and obtain their Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsements Air Brake, Doubles & Triples,

Tanker and Hazardous Material. This will provide the students with the knowledge and ability to meet employment requirements at an advanced entry level position to obtain a local or over the road (OTR) truck driving career. In this program, students will learn how to pull a loaded trailer.


Customized Driver Training

The student will successfully complete his/her training and obtain a Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with endorsements: Air Brake, Doubles and Triples, Tanker, and Hazardous Materials.  This will provide the student with the knowledge and ability to obtain an entry level local or over the road (OTR) truck driving career.  This program is designed to accommodate the student’s schedule and can be completed at the student’s own pace.


Truck Technology Fundamentals & Service

The student will complete their training successfully, providing them with knowledge and the ability to become an entry level diesel mechanic. Graduates can go on after they get experience to become Head Diesel Mechanic, Shop Foreman, Parts/Service Managers, etc.


State Safety Inspection Course

The students will complete and pass the two day State Safety Inspection course. Upon completion and receipt of their inspector's certificate and inspector's number from the Department of Transportation, Vehicle Division, the student becomes a certified inspection mechanic.
